With over 22 years of experience in occupational health and safety, Sandeep is a seasoned SHSE/PTW Lead who has led major safety and technical operations across the oil & gas industries in Qatar, UAE, and Oman. His deep knowledge in international safety standards, combined with his mechanical engineering and MBA background, fuels Illucal’s commitment to safe, efficient product design. As CEO, Sandeep ensures that our products align with user needs and global safety standards, while overseeing strategic direction, market positioning, and product design.
Maurice is a veteran Aviation Security (AVSEC) and Safety Management Systems (SMS) training instructor with a reputation for excellence in safety training, crisis management, and system communications. With a strong foundation in instructional design and aviation protocol, Maurice leads the development of software programs that power Illucal’s devices. He ensures our communication systems are both technically efficient and user-friendly, enhancing our clients’ experiences across all platforms.

A mechanical engineer with over a decade of hands-on industrial and manufacturing experience, Mohanad has risen through the ranks from field engineer to general manager. With an MBA and proven expertise in operations planning, logistics, and quality assurance, he oversees Illucal’s production lifecycle—from procurement to final assembly. His leadership ensures timely delivery, budget control, and manufacturing scalability, critical for maintaining our high product standards.
With extensive experience in the airline and travel industry since 1999, Monirul is an expert in reservations, system integrations, and compliance processes. Fluent in English, Arabic, Hindi, and Urdu, he brings a global perspective and precision to software programming and internal communication systems. At Illucal, he ensures seamless device synchronization, real-time schedule management, and regulatory compliance across all internal operations.
Hozaifa Elabdelah — Chief Technology Officer
A digital transformation pioneer, Hozaifa brings 16+ years of expertise managing cutting-edge ICT programs in Saudi Arabia’s public and private sectors. He has spearheaded 5G projects, smart city initiatives, and Oracle migrations while holding senior leadership roles at Salam Telecom and Huawei.
